Sit towards the front of your chair with your feet and knees wide. Sit tall and straight. Bring your arms out to your sides and squeeze your shoulder blades together as you gently look up. As you exhale bring your right forearm to your right thigh and stretch your left arm up and overhead, reaching to the right. As you inhale come back up and then stretch to the other side. Move from side to side with your breath and then hold each side for 4 to 6 breaths.
